A complete wire line triple tube core barrel includes: Head assembly, pump-out adaptor, piston plug, O ring, core ejection piston, split tube, inner tube, stop ring, core lifter, core lifter case, locking coupling, adaptor coupling, landing ring, outer tube, inner tube stabilizer.We offer DCDMA standard BQ3, NQ3, HQ3 , PQ3 size .
Product Description
Triple Tube Core Barrel is used for exploration of dams, bridges, geotechnical investigation, diamond core drilling, soil investigation, testing of foundation of the high rise buildings as well as mineral exploration for obtaining nearly 100% core recovery.
The double tube wireline core barrel is converted to triple tube by incorporating a split steel tube inside the inner tube. In addition, a piston and pump-out adaptor is provided for pumping out the split steel tube when it is full of rock core. The stop ring, core lifter case and core lifter also differ from the standard double tube core barrel, being slightly smaller in diameter in order to accept and retain the slightly smaller core.
BQ3 NQ3 HQ3 PQ3 triple core barrels are generally used for geotechnical purpose, designed to maximize core recovery in soft formations, And this series core barrel has advantages of good drilling property, high salvage efficiency and low consumption.
